\r\n Our aim is to offer visitors clear and precise information on the conditions applicable to modifications or cancellations of already scheduled visits, always within a framework of transparency and mutual respect.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

1. Non-refundable<\/h2>\r\n

All tour bookings at Bodegas Rodero are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Changes with 48 hours' notice<\/h2>\r\n

If the visitor notifies us of the cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the visit, it may be rescheduled for another date. This modification will be subject to the availability of places and times at the time of the request.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Procedure for requesting changes<\/h3>\r\n

The visitor must contact the Bodegas Rodero reservations team by email, stating the name of the person who made the booking and the requested date for the change.<\/p>\r\n

The change will be effective once the reservations team confirms the new date and time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

3. Cancellations in the last 48 hours<\/h2>\r\n

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours prior to the start of the visit, it will not be possible to modify the date nor will any date change be permitted. We recommend visitors take this time frame into account to avoid losing the opportunity to enjoy the previously booked experience.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

4. Booking confirmation and documentation<\/h2>\r\n

Bodegas Rodero reserves the right to request the details of the person who made the booking (full name, contact information, confirmation number, amongst others) in order to verify ownership and process any requests relating to the cancellation or rescheduling of the visit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

5. Exceptions and extraordinary cases<\/h2>\r\n

In very exceptional circumstances (for example, reasons of force majeure such as extreme weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place), Bodegas Rodero will analyse each situation on an individual basis to determine whether the standard policy or some special exception should apply.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/main>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n
