Object and Scope of Application<\/h2>\r\n            <p>The purchase of any of the products offered at www.bodegasrodero.com implies the acceptance as a Customer, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these General Purchase Conditions.<\/p>\r\n            <p>BODEGAS RODERO, S.L. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer (products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) presented on the website at any time. The conditions applicable to each purchase shall be those in force at the time of confirming the order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n            <h2 id=\"edad\">2. Minimum Age for Purchase<\/h2>\r\n            <p>In accordance with current legislation applicable in Spain and the European Union, the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly <strong>under 18s prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n            <p>When placing an order through our online store, the Customer expressly and responsibly declares that they are of legal age (18 years or older) and possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n            <h2 id=\"precios\">3. Prices and Payment Methods<\/h2>\r\n            <p>All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros (\u20ac) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) currently in force in Spain, as well as any other applicable taxes. The prices of the wines do not include shipping costs, which will be detailed in the order summary before the confirmation and payment thereof.<\/p>\r\n            <p>Our commercial policy focuses on the exclusivity and quality of our products, meaning the prices shown are final. The Customer may pay the amount of their order using the following secure payment methods:<\/p>\r\n            <ul class=\"rodero-legal-list\">\r\n                <li><strong>Credit or Debit Card:<\/strong> Via a secure payment gateway. Bank details are transmitted encrypted and are not stored by BODEGAS RODERO.<\/li>\r\n                \r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <h2 id=\"envios\">4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions<\/h2>\r\n            <p>Orders are prepared with the utmost care, using packaging specifically designed to protect glass bottles during transport.<\/p>\r\n            <ul class=\"rodero-legal-list\">\r\n                <li><strong>Delivery times:<\/strong> For deliveries within the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 working hours from payment confirmation.<\/li>\r\n                <li><strong>Delivery areas:<\/strong> We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations, please contact us directly.<\/li>\r\n                <li><strong>Order receipt:<\/strong> We recommend that the Customer checks the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If they notice any tears or dampness on the box, they should not accept the order and should notify our Customer Service department immediately.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <h2 id=\"devoluciones\">5. Cancellation and Returns Policy<\/h2>\r\n            <p>In accordance with the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.<\/p>\r\n            <p>To make a return, the products (bottles) must be in perfect condition, unsealed, unopened and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted for wines that have been uncorked or tampered with, or that have not been kept in the appropriate temperature and light conditions after delivery.<\/p>\r\n            <p><strong>Returns procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n            <ul class=\"rodero-legal-list\">\r\n                <li>The Customer must notify their intention to return the order by writing to <a href=\"mailto:rodero@bodegasrodero.com\" class=\"rodero-legal-link\">rodero@bodegasrodero.com<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n                <li>The shipping costs resulting from the return shall be borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product (e.g. cork defect or breakage in transit).<\/li>\r\n                <li>Once the goods have been received in our warehouse and their condition has been checked, a full refund for the returned products will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n\r\n            <h2>6. Vintage Availability<\/h2>\r\n            <p>We strive to keep the information on our website up to date. However, given the nature of our cellaring wines, a specific vintage may occasionally sell out.
