When he set foot again in Pedrosa de Duero, Carmelo barely had time to say a greeting and give a few explanations to his family, who watched him with curiosity from the threshold of the door. He avoided the questions; the urge drove him to cross the courtyard to the barn where he remembered seeing an old bicycle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I needed that machine, however precarious it was, to reach the neighboring villages and offering their new services with the <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
