{"id":773,"date":"2022-10-20T07:45:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T07:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bodegasrodero.com\/?p=773"},"modified":"2023-07-03T09:51:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T09:51:41","slug":"carmelo-rodero-crianza-2020-llega-para-sorprender","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bodegasrodero.com\/en\/carmelo-rodero-crianza-2020-llega-para-sorprender\/","title":{"rendered":"CARMELO RODERO CRIANZA 2020 ARRIVES TO SURPRISE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon achieve the best combination<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Carmelo Rodero winery is releasing the new vintage of its 2020 Crianza, another stepping stone towards the perfection this wine aims for, designed to surprise with the characteristics of a great Ribera, and which hopes to provide customers with the satisfaction of continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2020 Crianza, now available on the market, is the result of grape selection in the vineyard, meticulous work in the winery, and between 14 and 15 months of resting in French oak barrels. A blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon achieves the exact combination to make the most of the best of each of these varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crianza 2020 was preceded by a winter of low temperatures which brought heavy snowfall and frosts, and a spring with abundant rainfall. Summer, with maximum temperatures of 35 degrees and minimums of 20, completed the cycle in the vineyard. It is precisely this difference between day and night that is the condition which enables the grapes to reach the appropriate level of ripeness and the optimum quality for Carmelo Rodero wines.
