Our flagship wine, Pago de Valtarre\u00f1a, has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 2023 Decanter World Wine Awards, one of the most globally recognised wine competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This outstanding achievement places Pago de Valtarre\u00f1a in a select group of just 88 Spanish wines that have earned this distinction, among more than 18,000 entries submitted to the competition. Thus spoke the DWWA co-chair, Sarah Jane Evans <\/strong>MW on our country: \u00abI think Spain is the most fascinating wine-producing country in Europe\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pago de Valtarre\u00f1a is a boutique, single-varietal Tempranillo wine that captures the essence of the Rodero family. Among the comments our wine has received, a true reflection of the Ribera del Duero, we highlight its \u201cimpressive finish on the palate\u201d, \u201can incredibly inviting aroma, expressive, laden with umami and black fruit\u201d.
