The vines are subject to weather conditions marked by cold winters and dry summers, with notable temperature contrasts between day and night. This diurnal temperature range favours the concentration of polyphenols and aromas in the grape, which translates into intense colours, firm tannins and ripe, velvety fruit. Upon uncorking a bottle, hints of black forest fruits are perceived, along with the aromatic elegance and persistence that characterise the great wines of our region.
