At BODEGAS CARMELO RODERO we work to offer you, through our products and services, the best possible experience. In some cases it is necessary to gather information to achieve this. We care about your privacy and believe we should be transparent about it.

(hereinafter THE ENTITY) informs the user that, as the data controller, any personal data that may be collected directly from the data subject will be treated confidentially and incorporated into the corresponding processing activity owned by THE ENTITY.

What personal data do we collect?
Personal data that the user may provide:

The personal data processed by THE ENTITY originate from the data subject themselves or their legal representative.
Purposes of the processing
THE ENTITY informs you that under no circumstances are you obliged to provide us with your personal data, and that these are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected. However, they are essential in order to respond to your request, provide you with the services offered or send you commercial communications. Failure to provide the personal data requested or non-acceptance of this data protection policy implies the impossibility of receiving information, subscribing, registering or participating in any of the promotions in which personal data are requested.
1.- Personal data collected through the forms on this website will be processed by THE ENTITY for the purpose of:
- Contact Form: To respond to enquiries or any type of request made by the user through said form.
- Newsletter Form: Registering them, in accordance with their request, to receive our newsletter on a regular basis.
- Work with us form: Register and manage your CV for the purpose of carrying out selection processes and keeping you informed of any job vacancies that arise in our companies and for which you may be suited.
- Checkout form: Manage your order, as well as operations related to it (invoicing, payment, shipping, etc.).
- Join the Rodero Club Form: Processing of your application, Club management and sending of offers and events.
2.- Processing of Club Rodero member data.
- Purposes:
- Membership management: Process the registration, maintenance and administration of Club membership status.
- Personalised attention Provide a customer service and advisory service tailored to your preferences and queries as a member.
- Commercial communications about new vintages and offers: Sending of information, promotions and advantageous conditions relating to the release of new vintages and products from the winery.
- Invitation and information about exclusive events: Sending of communications and invitations relating to tastings, visits, activities and events organised exclusively for Club members.
- Legal basis:
- The performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship for the management of your membership status and the provision of personalised care derived from the Club itself.
- The data subject's consent, given by ticking the corresponding boxes or by submitting the registration form, for the sending of commercial communications and the receipt of information regarding exclusive events.
- Data retention period: The data will be retained for as long as the user maintains their Club membership status and does not request to unsubscribe. In the event of withdrawing consent or requesting to leave the Club, the data will be blocked for the applicable legal periods to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing.
- Recipients and third-party interventions: Your data will not be passed on to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation. For the sending of electronic communications and Club management, data processors (technology service providers or mass email platforms) that strictly comply with European data protection regulations may be used.
- User rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by sending a written communication to the email address indicated in this Privacy Policy, attaching a copy of your identity document or equivalent document. Likewise, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
3.- Personal data collected outside the web will be processed by THE ENTITY for the purpose of managing the maintenance of the professional and commercial relations that unite us, as well as to maintain an informational and promotional link with you, so that you may receive, by various means (telephone, SMS, emails, postal mail, etc.), communications about offers, products and services that may be of interest to you, provided that you have previously given us your consent.
